::Yields 12 pieces of candy::

Ingredients:
12 oz vegan chocolate
1 c peanut butter
½ c confectioner’s sugar
pinch of salt
12 paper cupcake wrappers

To summarize from Hell Yeah It’s Vegan…Cut the tops off of all of the cupcake wrappers. They should resemble a somewhat larger Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup wrapper in size.
Special directions concerning peanut butter: if you’re using all natural peanut butter and the oil is separated, empty oil into small side dish, you will not need this in the recipe. After you measure needed peanut butter, replace oil back into peanut butter container. If you’re not using all natural peanut butter, don’t worry about it! (Although it’s a good thing to have! Don’t get me started on all of the pesticides and wacky add-ins used in non-organic peanut butter!)
First step: Double boil chocolate until melted.

Once chocolate is melted, cover bottom and sides of cut cupcake wrappers completely. Let this set in refrigerator (this should not take more than 30 minutes).

Mix peanut butter, salt, and sugar in separate bowl. Once completely mixed, place a disk-like amount on top of set chocolate in each cupcake wrapper. You will be covering this with remaining chocolate, so make sure you don’t place too much peanut butter in the wrapper! The last step is to use the remaining melted chocolate (you may need to heat it again). Pour chocolate on top of each peanut butter cup, completely covering the top of each. Refrigerate to set.
